| We like to keep things very simple, but very effective. Historically search consulting or ‘headhunting’ is a method that has primarily been used for only the very senior of management within organisations. This is due to the time and cost that it takes to go through this process, and therefore normal recruitment methods are often left for the less senior positions. We are able to offer a search consulting service for a much wider range of positions within a modern organisation. It has become clear to us that search methods are a much more effective way of finding top lower level executives for our Clients as well. It is far more desirable for us to put forward three top candidates to a Client, than five more average ones. The time we invest into the planning and preparation of finding higher quality candidates pays off for ourselves and our clients.
We aim to meet all of our Candidates and all of our Clients face to face, without exception. We do not believe that it is possible to really get a true understanding of what somebody is looking for if you never meet them in person, and also we greatly value our business relationships and believe that this helps demonstrate the level of our commitment.
