Set up in 2009, it is a new business offering a new recruitment idea to companies within our specialised areas. Prior to normal contingency recruitment, we believe that the best candidates for our client’s vacancies will not be found on job boards because top professionals within their fields are not often out of work. Planning, preparation, filtering and networking enables us to pinpoint specific candidates for specific roles. We do not rely on scrolling through job boards and nor do we require our clients to fund expensive marketing campaigns to help find their specific candidates. Search Independent is a service based company. Many modern recruitment firms are run on a cut throat, sales target-based business model. This can often lead to the wrong candidates placed in the wrong vacancies, a lack of customer service offered to Clients, projects are rushed and trusting business relationships are not built. Search Independent is very much a service based recruitment consultancy and we pride ourselves on good old-fashioned customer service.
